Transfers:
Scheduled round-trip land transfer by jeepney – 15 mins. (Taytay Airport – Tamisan River jetty – Taytay Airport);
Scheduled round-trip boat transfer – 45 mins. (Tamisan River jetty - Resort - Tamisan River jetty);
Accommodation:
Accommodation in an air-conditioned water cabaña with toilet and hot/cold shower and a verandah that faces the
sea;
Meals and Refreshments:
Welcome drink;
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with complimentary house coffee and tea (during meals only);
NOTE: for AM check-out, only breakfast is included. For guests who are scheduled to leave the resort in the
afternoon, extra lunch will be charged US$24.00 per person. For guests who have PM arrival and departure
schedule, breakfast and lunch are included;
Activities:
Resort-programmed* activities such as eco-tour (trekking, bird-watching, reef walk tour), fish feeding, picnic
lunch at Puesto del Sol (island’s west beach), snorkeling lessons and snorkeling tour to Isla Blanca island,
Lopez Reef and Lapungaw, cave exploration, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, and entertainment/ show during
dinner;
Scheduled bottom fishing and casting (catch and release type of fishing) on a first come, first serve basis;
One (1) 10-minute introductory dive for non-divers with the necessary SCUBA equipment and services of a
professional instructor (non-transferable);
One (1) 30-minute acclimatization dive for licensed divers at the resort’s house reef;
Equipment:
Use of snorkeling equipment such as mask, fins, snorkel;
Use of marine sports equipment such as kayaks, native canoes, windsurfs;
Use of resort facilities such as mini-pool, jacuzzi, beach volleyball, beach badminton, table tennis, billiards,
darts, and other indoor games;
Additional perks:
Scheduled one (1) 15-minute trial massage from 8:00am to 11:00am (a choice of back or foot massage) at the
massage house on a first come, first serve basis;
Nanny service scheduled during meal times; early arrangements required prior to tour dates;
Daily cocktails with finger foods and house drinks;
Services of an Activity Officer throughout your stay;
Others:
10% Service Charge and 12% Government Taxes.
*The resort reserves the right to schedule activities as it deems fit, especially since some activities may be unavailable
due to inclement weather and/or unfavorable tidal conditions. Guests’ safety will always be considered in organizing
these activities. THE RESORT OBSERVES A NO-TIPPING POLICY.

Note: Guests may avail of Optional Activities such as second or more introductory dives, scuba diving, water-skiing,
trolling, etc. aside from the resort-programmed activities at extra cost.
For Certified Divers availing of Scuba Diving, please be reminded of the following:
1. Each dive includes:
a. Use of boat, tank, lead weights, weight belt, mask, fins and snorkel
b. Services of a professional Divemaster or Scuba Instructor
2. Their first dive will be a check-out dive in the Resort’s house reef
3. Guests are required to bring their C-card (diving license) or their logbook (with records of their training dives).
Please note that they will NOT be allowed to dive without either of these requirements.
4. Rental of BCD, regulator, and wetsuit are NOT included in the rates.
5. Baggage allowance on the plane is 10 kilos per passenger. The corresponding excess baggage fee of the
airline will apply.
6. All dives are no-decompression dives. The Resort strictly prohibits spear fishing and collection of shells and
corals.
